Which devices can scan a room?
Scanning uses the LiDAR scanner, found on iPhone Pro and Pro Max models from iPhone 12 Pro onwards and on recent iPad Pro models. On any other iPhone or iPad you can still draw rooms by hand and type in exact measurements.
What does the free version include?
One home with one room, with every feature available in that room, exports included. A single purchase unlocks unlimited homes and rooms and connected-room scanning. There is no subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the menu on the My Homes screen, choose Unlock Full Version, then Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
My scan lost tracking or came out wrong
Move slowly, keep the camera pointed at walls rather than the floor, and make sure the room is well lit. Mirrors, glass and very dark surfaces are hard for LiDAR. Any wall, door or window can be fixed afterwards in the editor.
Where are my projects stored?
Only on your device, and in your device backup. Deleting the app deletes them, so export anything you want to keep first. See the privacy policy for details.
